Services

Service Provider shall provide professional services (“Services”) to Teklabspace as described on one or more Statements of Work signed by Service Provider and Teklabspace, which reference this Agreement (“SOW” or “Statement of Work”). Service Provider shall perform Services in a prompt manner and provide each Deliverable no later than the delivery dates specified in the applicable SOW. At the direction of Teklabspace, Service Provider shall provide Services directly to Teklabspace or to customers of Teklabspace on Teklabspace’s behalf. The parties may execute additional Statements of Work describing Services, which will become part of this Agreement upon execution by Service Provider and Teklabspace.
