No Subcontractor

The Service Provider shall not engage any third party, contractor, or subcontractor to perform any portion of the Services outlined in this Agreement without first obtaining the prior, express, and written consent of Teklabspace. This restriction applies to all aspects of the Services, whether in whole or in part. Any such request for subcontracting must be submitted in writing, clearly identifying the nature of the work to be subcontracted, the qualifications of the proposed subcontractor, and the reasons for the subcontracting. Teklabspace reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or deny any such request. Should the Service Provider engage any subcontractor without such written approval, Teklabspace shall have the right to consider this a material breach of the Agreement, which may result in termination of the contract and/or legal remedies.
